In support of the Center for Global Education's Gateway to Taiwan Initiative and in collaboration with the Department of Languages, we present to you a Virtual Taiwanese Cooking class!
Learn how to cook a traditional Taiwanese dish, Taiwanese Stir-Fried Tomatoes and Eggs 番茄炒蛋, with the Chinese Language faculty, I-Ting Chao.
