Program Description:

Space is limited in each Travel Course, and faculty anticipate the slots will fill quickly.
Professor Bryan will close admissions when this Travel Program reaches capacity. This may may occur earlier than the October deadline.
If you’re interested in participating, please contact the Professor leading the Travel Course ASAP!

IES 444/ EDUC 644 Travel Course has a total cost range of $4,639.00-$5,103.00 and may incur expenses such as lodging, excursions, etc not to exceed $5,103.00.
This program is Land only and does not include international airfare. Apartment accommodations and some meals are included. The Cost Range does NOT include any tuition costs.  
All Travel Courses outside the United States are approved for the Global Study portion of the 2007 GE Program.

Thank you for your interest in our travel study course, Aesthetics and Learning: Florence Italy.
If you are ready to apply to this Travel Program follow the steps below:
1. Notify support staff Laura Burns,, and course leader Dr. Penny Bryan,, of your desire to go on this Interterm 2018 learning experience in Florence Italy. They will add your name to the interest list and will answer your questions. 
2. Download the forms from the Global Education website or get them from Laura.
3. Discuss the forms carefully and thoroughly with whomever is financially responsible for this travel study opportunity in Florence Italy. Please pay special attention to the option for travel study insurance, as once you deposit you are accountable for the full amount. 
4. Arrange to meet Dr Bryan for a short meeting and if you are approved, she will sign off on your forms. 
5. Place  deposit with the cashier's office which is behind the Law School. 
6. Take the forms and cashier's receipt to the Global Education office and get officially registered for the course: IES 444 UG or EDUC 644 Grad. .
7. You must turn in a current passport with 6+ months left after January 2018 or passport paperwork to CGE. 

The completed Enrollment and Financial Obligation form, Valid Passport good for 6+ months following the end of this program or New/Renewal of Passport paperwork and a non-refundable deposit receipt for $500.00 paid to the Cashier's Office or through Student's Access ePay system (instructions below) are ALL due before 4 PM Wed. Oct 25, 2017. Please bring your signed Enrollment Form, Valid Passport or New/Renewal paperwork and confirmation of initial deposit to the Center for Global Education Office located at 576 N. Glassell,  M-F, 9-5 PM.
Once we receive the 3 documents, you will be given access to our online portal, the Global Gateway, to complete additional documents required for this IN2018 Travel Course to Florence, Italy.
